He is an eminent lecturer in the disciplines like Industrial and Labour Laws, Corporate Law and General Laws. He is also consultant for Corporate Law and Secretarial Matters to the number of reputed companies. He is a visiting faculty member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), the Institute of Commerce and Management (IOCM), Institute of Chartered Accountant of India (ICAI) and Institute of Cost Account of India (ICAI). He has also Imparted Satellite lecturers to the student of CS and CA community under GAAP Bright Satellite Classes. He is the most loved faculty throughout India for Law Subject in Virtual Mode. He is a well-known author of bestselling book ‘Industrial, Labour and General Laws’ & Company Law.
JASSPRIT S Johar is fellow Member of "Institute of Chartered Accountants of India" having qualified in May 2004. He has had a bright academic career and has completed his graduation from "Guru Gobind Singh College of Commerce", Delhi University in 1999. He has been practicing as a Tax Consultant and has also been teaching "Taxation" for past fifteen years. He has earned confidence of over thirty-five thousand students in short span of his teaching career. He has been visiting faculty member of ICAI-NIRC for taxation for CA-IPCC for five years.
